A graphic recorder acts as the human whiteboard for your meeting. They will listen to the talk, drawing live the different topics and points discussed by the speaker and attendees.
This drawing can be shared live so guests can see what is being recorded and helps reinforce the points being discussed.
After, this visual summary can be sent out to all the attendees and can be used as marketing collateral for your social media and promotion of your virtual event.
How does the Live Scribe work?
Our Live Scribe solution can be easily incorporated into your online event or meeting. Whether it is sharing our graphic recorder’s screen to your Zoom call or streaming the feed to a different video platform, there is always a way to display their work to keep attendees engaged.
Step 1: Determine the style of graphic recorder you would like.
Step 2: Provide us with a summary of information that will be discussed during the event so that our graphic recorder can be prepared with the topics that will be discussed.
Step 3: We do with you a short 15 minute practice experience to ensure all technical aspects are confirmed and working.
Step 4: Our artist records your meeting, displaying their content for guests to see, and we provide you with a completed graphic to use internally and for your marketing purposes.
How to customize the Live Scribe?
Our Live Scribe has many customizable features, including:
Design Details and Style: With a variety of styles to choose from, select the one you feel best aligns with your event. We also review ahead of time what you’re looking to highlight within the graphic recording design.
Live Scribing Summary Video: In addition to a high resolution image of your graphic recording, we can also record a timelapse that can be used for social media purposes.
Pre-recorded vs. Live: If your event is pre-recorded - don’t worry - our live scribing can be filed ahead of time so you can incorporate that footage into your event agenda.
Animated Summaries: Not only are we able to produce a timelapse and high resolution still of the graphic recording, we can also animate elements of the summary to make it more engaging!
