Guests pose against a backdrop to capture high-quality headshots which can instantly be reviewed and shared.
This streamlined process guarantees a polished and memorable experience for every guest, adding a touch of sophistication to your event.
How do the Headshot Station work?
Our AI Headshot Station brings the power of the latest computer technology to your activation.
Step 1: Attendees are greeted by our friendly operator and are instructed to stand against our backdrop, opposite the AI Photo Kiosk.
Step 2: The attendee will select whether they want to keep their outfit, have AI change it to something more business professional, or have AI do nothing at all. Once selected, the operator will start a countdown and have a single photo snapped of the attendee.
Step 3: After the photo is captured, the attendee would type in their email in order to receive their headshot image(s). If an AI filter was selected, our AI backend will work its magic and minutes later, they would find in their inbox their branded photo(s)..
How to customize the Headshot Station?
Our Headshot Station has many customizable features, including:
Branded Overlay/Frame: You can incorporate your logo or create a branded frame that will appear on the image.
Custom Messaging: For the digitally sent version of the photo, we can personalize the message that accompanies it.
